Returns / Refunds
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on anyitems.
Please always inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or incorrect, so we may correct any issues.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are FINAL! If for any reason you change your mind before the set has gone into processing you may be eligible for a STORE CREDIT that will be valid for 180 days.
Occasionally, if an order is unable to be processed for any reason, or needs to be cancelled at the discretion of Pressonsbybri, I will contact you! Non processable orders will be eligible for a STORE CREDIT that will be valid for 180 days.
Store Credit
Store credits expire after 180 days.
What if I forgot to add my discount?
We cannot add a discount code to your order after you have already completed your purchase.
Processing Times
Ready to ship sets and accessories ship out within 1-2 business days.
Made to order sets take 3-5 business days to process and create. This depends on the complexity of the set(s) ordered and order volume. Orders are processed in the order they come in.
Processing times DO NOT include shipping times.
Your order will ship as a WHOLE! Meaning if you purchased ready to ship items and made to order items everything will ship once all items are ready.
Shipping:
Please be aware USPS is having shipping delays. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all carriers are unable to guarantee shipping times and we are unable to guarantee express shipping arrival.
Tracking says delivered but I didn't receive my item(s)!
Prior to putting in a missing items request please be sure to check with neighbors or check with your front desk for apartments! Contact us after 7 days of delivered notification. We will be more than happy to assist and replace any lost items.

When contacting for a custom order please know what you are looking to get to ensure we can help you as efficiently as possible.
The set I want is SOLD OUT, is there any way I can still get it?
Yes! Any sets that are sold out online can be custom made! Please create a custom order request.
Nail Set Fitting
With 20 piece sets we CANNOT guarantee which nails will fit on your hands.
If you would like a specific design on certain nails you can order a custom sized set of nails with your sizes.
Pressonsbybri is NOT responsible if the wrong size is ordered. So, it is important to read policies, sizing information, and measure carefully before ordering. Pressonsbybri also offers "SIZING KITS” to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I find my nail sizes?
It is HIGHLY recommended to order a sizing kit to find your nail sizes. They are available in all nail styles that we make our sets in!
Measuring without a sizing kit:
It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase our nail SIZING KIT for most accurate sizing.
All made to order sets have a sizing chart attached for your convenience. Please refer to these charts to help find your correct nail sizes.
What nail styles are offered?
Pressonsbybri offers 11 different nail styles varying in length and shape! You can find these attached to our sizing kit listing and all made to order sets have a nail style chart attached. You may refer to these charts to help you find your favorite nail style!
What nail styles are available for clear designs?
Any set with clear designs will only be available in clear styles. Medium Ballerina, Medium Square, Long Square, Long Coffin, Long Ballerina and XXL Square are available for clear designs.
